1.- METHOD AND INSTRUCTIONS

1) What is the foundation behind this principle?

It is based in the medical principle of traction, that when executed in a controlled, gradual and progressive Manner on the penis will stimulate the growth of the suspensory ligament, corpus cavernosum, and the rest of the penile tissues.

2) Has the principle of traction been used in medicine before?

Yes. In modern medicine this principle of traction is used to create new tissue for skingrafts, for the elongation of bones and to create new skin with hair to cover bald areas. Also this principle has been used in ancient cultures to create long necks like in the Giraffe women of Birmania and to create longer lips in certain African tribes..

3) But, can the penile tissues grow? Is the penis made of bone or muscles?

The penis is a conglomerate of elastic tissues and is devoid of muscles and bones making it easier for this tissue to respond and grow when placed in traction.

4) What is the maximum growth in centimeters that I can obtain?

It all depends on the individual, approximately 4 centimeters. One inch equals 2.5cm

5)Which is the minimum growth that can be obtained?

The minimum growth is of 1.5 cm. The average growth is 3 cm, based on 95% of the patients.

6) Is there growth both on erection and flaccidity?

Yes, the growth is proportional and it will be evident in erection as well as in flaccidity.

7) Will it help to correct penile curvatures?

Yes. In a period of 6 to 7 months of treatment we are able to correct 70% of the curvature. There will be a marked improvement.

8) Are the results permanent?

Yes, because there has been growth of the penile tissues.

9) Will the glans also grow?

No. Only the penile shaft. The sensitivity of the glans will not be affected.

10) Will the lengthening make the penis thinner?

No. The growth is proportional troughout the whole penis. There will be an increase in length as well as in girth since the new tissue formed creates more volume and occupies space.

11) Any side effects?

No. This method has no collateral or side effects as long as you follow the instructions.

12) Can it affect the erection process or cause impotence?

No, the erections will not be affected and the sexual drive is improved since the patient’s self esteem is increased due to a larger penis.

13) Can I do the treatment on my own?

Yes, as long as you follow the instructions provided.

14) Is this treatment only for small penises or for any other size?

This treatment can be used to enlarge small penises as well as to increase the dimensions of medium and large ones.

15) Is there a minimun penile length required to be able to proceed with the treatment?

Yes, the minimun length in erection must be that of 8cm. From this measurement on anyone can start the treatment. For penises less than 10cm in length the Mini extensor will be used.

16) Can a minor use this treatment?

A minor can use the treatment if he is between 14 and 16 years of age, as long as there is parental consent and medical supervision. It is prefered if the patient is at least 18 years old.

17) Wich is the ideal age to begin the treatment?

From 18 years on. The treatment can be done in older men. Our reseach included men of 60 and 70 years of age and it showed that traction will stimulate the growth of tissues at any age.

18) How is this different from the vaccum pumps?

Vaccum pumps work by suctioning the tissues to obtain an immediate and abrupt vasodilation. The results obtained are temporary, lasting only up to 12 hours. Frequently they will cause capillary rupture, fibrosis, hematomas and long term it may alter the capability of penile erection. Vaccum pumps are a sex-shop item and not a medical device.

19) When I am done with the treatment, can someone else use the device?

It is not adviced to share the device with others

2.- HOW TO USE

1. Is there any pain?

a. No, this product is a mechanical device and is painless. The user at first may experience the presence of product, but in time this sensation will soon disappear.

2. Should I remove product when urinating or defecating?

a. Yes, when finished replace back onto the penis.

3. Should I remove product before having sexual intercourse?

a. Yes, waiting one hour before replacing it back onto penis.

4. Is blood circulation cut in penis?

a. No, follow instructions carefully in order to avoid discomfort.

5. How can I use product without my family finding out?

a. Use it during working hours or when out of home.

6. Can it be worn at night?

a. Yes, although many patients wake up with product dislocated owing to the amount of times the user moves at night or nightly erections. In these cases, the product should only be worn 3 hours per night. We recommend that the product shouldn´t be worn at night during the first few days of usage or until you feel totally comfortable with handling the product.

7. If I have an erection with the stretcher on, what will happen?

a. Nothing will happen. You´ll feel a little pressure, but it should be painless.

8. Can I use the stretcher with a bathing suit?

a. Yes, if you use a loose fitting bathing suit (Trunks for example.) with a net crouch, you can usually wear the stretcher without notice.

9. Can I use the stretcher at the airport?

a. We recommend that the stretcher be removed at the airport.

10. Can I wear jeans or tight-fit clothing while using the stretcher?

a. You may wear jeans that are not too excessively tight.

11. If I am sitted for a long length of time, can I use the product?

a. Yes, we will tell you how to modify the stretcher for these types of cases.

12. Will the stretcher rust if exposed to water? Can it be washed and how?

a. This product will not rust. European Union Certification guarantees that product is free of defects and guarantees that product has been inspected up to par. Stretcher can be washed once a week with mild soap and water.

13. If I accidentally break one of the pieces, what should I do?

a.Contact our office in order for us to replace product.

14. Must product be oiled or greased?

a. At first it is not necessary, but we do recommend that you apply small amounts of oil on the bars in order for it to slide up and down with ease.

15. When treatment is finished , must I return product?

a. No, the stretcher now belongs to you.

16. What is the product made out of? Does it need bateries? Does it produce electrical shock?

a. This product is totally mechanical. It is used to stretch the penis in its unerected state. It does not require batteries nor electricity.

3.- WHILE USING PRODUCT

1. Is it necessary to seek the advice of a urologist before starting treatment?

a. At first no. Although for those patients who do require strict medical control or who are least skilful should seek the advice of a Specialists before starting treatment. We do carry a list of specialist in many cities.

2. Are there any urologist who can advice and inform me of any doubts or questions I may have during treatment?

a. Yes, as aforementioned we do have a list of specialists in many countries who can advice you while following your treatment.

3. Does your center carry out other types of consultations dealing with this field?

a. Yes, but it depends on each associated medical center.

4. After obtaining an increase in size, what will happen if I continue using product?

a. You can obtain an increase of a few centimeters, but the continual increase will be slow.

5. Is it possible not to obtain an increase in size or notice a very slow increase in size?

a. According to our experience, and not the experience of the medical profession which is not always perfect, there is a 2,5% non-success rate. However, an available doctor will study your case in detail and try to find a solution for your particular case.

6. How can I manually extend the product as needed?

a. There is an adjuster that clearly states how the product should be regulated. This adjuster is provided upon purchase.

7. How long should the break period be while using and not using product?

a. The product should be worn 9 hours per day. You can spread out these hours as you wish. We do recommend a rest period every 2 hours where product should be removed, perfect timing to use restroom. You need not follow a rigid rest period schedule. This depends on the sensitivity of patient. 8. What will happen if I go one day without using product?

a. Nothing, but try wearing stretcher a little longer the next day.

9. If I go 1 month or 15 days without using product, in which phase should I re-start treatment?

a. You will begin again with 2 phases less. The first phase will last 5 days and the 2 phase will last 5 days.

10. What if I go 3 or 4 days without using stretcher?

a. Continue with the same phase you left off with until you have reach next phase of treatment.

11. When treatment is over, should I continue using stretcher until I obtain maximum results?

a. No, maximum results will have already been obtained.

12. After finishing treatment, is it possible to receive a penis lipo-filling through surgery?

a. Yes perfectly, this process will allow for a thicker penis size, giving it a more cylindrical shape while adding width. This process will not affect the sensitivity of penis. This is a very simple process that we do by extracting fatty acids from the abdomen and injecting it into along the perimeter of the penis. These fatty acids will remain permanently in the penis.

13. Is it necessary to use creams, ointments, or pills to enlarge penis?

a. It is not necessary to use neither creams nor ointments nor pills to enlarge penis. You can obtain maximum results by using the penis-stretcher only.

14. Is it necessary to use creams or ointments during treatment?

a. Not at all.

4.- MEDICAL MATTERS

1. Are there any risks or secondary effects involved?

a. No, If the device is used accordingly and following instructions, no risks nor secondary effects should arise.

2. Will the traction affect erection or cause sexual impotence?

a. No, the penis will erect into its usual form without any complications. Also sexual drive will improve immensely with a penis of larger dimensions.

3. What is the normal length of penis?

a. Between 13-15cm long or 5-6 inches (according to the ethnic background)

4. Increasing the penile size depends on what?

a. It depends on the genetic and tissular development of the penis.

5. If I am a diabetic, can I undergo treatment?

a. Yes, as long as you are under strict medical supervision, and if you maintain proper hygiene of the penis.

6. If I have any cardiovascular problems, can I still undergo treatment?

a .Yes, there are no risks involved.

7. If I have been operated on for prostate cancer or a tumor around the prostate region, can I still undergo treatment?

a. Absolutely not, much risk involved.

8. If I have varicocele, or hydrocele, or prostatitis, may I undergo treatment?

a. Medical consultation is advised.

9. If I have any sexually transmitted disease, may I undergo treatment?

a. No, the disease must be cured first.

10. If my urinary tract is out of line (hipospadias), may I undergo treatment?

a. Yes, but with the supervision of an urologist.

11. May I consume alcohol or barbiturates while using the stretcher?

a. Yes, but if under high influence of alcohol or barbiturates, its use is not advised.

12. Is the slight pressure that is caused by the device harmful or painful?

a. No, because the device is adjusted accordingly to the size of penis and its growth. If the instructions are carried out accordingly, there should not be any discomfort.
