Anyone who has read my blog for more than five minutes can tell you that I’m pretty serious about kegel exercises and taking care of yourself. Not only are there health benefits to keeping your pelvic floor muscles in good shape, but the stronger they are, the stronger your orgasms are–not to mention, it can be darned fun to work out.
When I saw the review Yummy had written for the Lelo Luna Beads, I knew I had found a kindred spirit:
